Pilates is a work out style that focuses on improving your physical and mental health. Its different than other fitness methods in that it relies on building strength from the inside out and by balancing your core it can bring your body into the correct alignment.

This method will reshape the body making it slimmer, more toned and actually longer. Pilates improves your posture and flexibility while giving you ultimate balance. Its low impact, slow controlled approach produces long-term results and leaves you feeling energized yet relaxed.

Pilates is known as being one of the best ways to relieve unwanted tension and stress. Its good for shoulder rehab, back pain and helps your body movement by strengthen muscles you’ve never knew you had.

There are eight principles to pilates :
