Surveillance Video – Minneapolis SWAT Officer Sgt David Clifford knock-out superman Punches Loud Customer Brian Vander Lee while he was talking at his cell phone at a bar.

Clifford’s lawyer says that Brian stood up to attack the off-duty cop and that David Clifford reacted in self defense as he hit the man in the face.

When I see it, it really looks like Brian stood up and just got sucker punched before anything could happen. Did the officer act in self defense or was Clifford completely out of line here?
