How To Get Rid Of Stress

Stress is something we all have. We juggle our work life, personal life, education, kids, chores, etc. It’s hard to not get stressed and sometimes I get mad and stressed but whenever I do, I use my tips and helps to calm me down instantly. Let me share of my tips on how to stop yourself from punching a wall

1. Meditation. I used to be one of those people who couldn’t sit still for 10 seconds and always said “meditation is impossible for me” but it takes time to perfect. I suggest starting with 30 seconds of just closing your eyes and not think about anything. There is also guided meditation which you can play while you drift off to sleep. Youtube has many great guided meditations that will help calm you. Now, I am always calm because years of meditation. Trust me, it works!

2. Music. Music is the energy of the universe. It helps us get rid of anger and makes us cry and be happy. Life without music is meaningless. Take time to listen to some tunes.

3. Make time for yourself. People often say “I don’t have time to do anything, I always work.” if you can’t find 5 minutes for yourself than you need to re-think your life. Just schedule at least 5 minutes out of the day to just have alone time. Put your life on hold for at least 5 minutes and stop worrying about everything. Read a book. Take a nap. Lick the dog’s face. Anything!

4. Affirmation. Affirmations are words or phrases that you write down ahead of time and read once a day. They are positive words about yourself. There’s an old saying that if people tell you something long enough, you start to believe it. Well, write down positive things about yourself and read them once a day. Trust me, this works!

What Is The Best Video Game Console?

This debate has been going on forever. I truly believe there is no right answer and I’ll tell you why. It all depends which types of games YOU like to play. Nintendo is more family oriented and is more for multiplayer games. If you have friends coming over or family who all want to play, chances are you’re gonna be playing the wii. xbox is the best for shooter games. if you like to kill things than you’ll probably enjoy the xbox. My personal favorite system is the playstation, simply because I love single player adventure/rpg games. I like a challenge but I also like a good storyline. If you enjoy games like Final Fantasy than you’re probably a big fan of playstation.

Every system is made for different taste in video games. Just because you like one console better doesn’t mean it’s better. We can go on and on forever on all the good things about one system and the negatives about another. The whole debate is silly in my opinion. I personally use the internet on my ps3 way more than I use my laptop. The online gaming experience for ps3 is probably the best part of the playstation network. Some consoles are lacking at certain things that other consoles will have. There is something for everyone so instead of arguing, we should just enjoy being nerds!

3) People matter

If you’re outsourcing your administration to another business, better find out who is doing the job. Never mind the patter of the salesman – he’ll be long gone once you’ve signed the contract – meet the team. Go there and find out what they’re like, read their CVs and understand them – make sure they understand you.

So if you’re looking to cut down your costs or streamline your business – now is the time – but make sure you investigate your outsourcing partner fully.
