Besides containing refreshing fruits, they are also rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs), a well-known weight loss ingredient that helps dieters to get flat belly fast. Each recipe contains 400 calories per serving and you can have these smoothies for a snack, lunch or breakfast.

Mango Smoothie

1 ¼cup mango cubes,
½ cup mango juice,
¼ cup mashed ripe avocado,
¼ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt,
1 tbsp sugar,
1 tbsp squeezed lime juice,
6 ice cubes.

Combine the mango, mango juice, avocado, lime juice, yogurt, ice, and sugar in your blender and process them until smooth. Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass. If you want it more appealing, you can garnish it with sliced strawberry or mango.

Blueberry Smoothie

1 cup chilled unsweetened blueberries,
1 cup skim milk,
1 tbsp organic flaxseed oil.

Prepare your blender and put the unsweetened blueberries and milk into it. Blend them for about 1 minute. Pour into a glass and mix it with flaxseed oil.

Banana Smoothie and Peanut Butter

1 ½ cup skim milk,
2 tbsp plain peanut butter,
½ cup fat-free plain yogurt,
1 tbsp honey,
¼ banana, and 5 ice cubes.

Blend the banana, peanut butter, yoghurt, milk, ice cubes and honey in your blender until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and serve it.

Blueberry Smoothie and Vanilla Yogurt

1 cup chilled blueberries OR fresh blueberries plus 5 ice cubes,
6oz vanilla yogurt,
1 cup soy or skim milk,
1 tbsp flaxseed oil.

Put the chilled blueberries OR fresh blueberries plus ice, yoghurt, and milk into your blender and process them for about 1 minute. Put into a glass, mix with flaxseed oil, garnish with strawberry, and serve it.

Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie

1 cup fresh raspberries plus 4 ice cubes OR frozen raspberries,
1/4 cup chocolate chips,
6 oz vanilla yoghurt,
and 1 ½ cup soy or skim milk.

Mix up the raspberries, chocolate chips, yogurt and milk in a blender and process for about 1 minute. Pour into your favorite glass and use a spoon to enjoy it.

Peach Smoothie

6 oz vanilla yoghurt,
1 cup soy or skim milk,
1 tbsp flaxseed oil (MUFA),

Place the orange, yogurt, milk and ice in a blender and blend them for about 1 minute. Put it in a glass, mix it with flaxseed oil, and serve it.

Apple Smoothie

1 tsp apple pie spice,
6 oz vanilla yogurt,
1 ½ cup soy or skim milk,
1 medium apple peeled and sliced into small pieces,
3 ice cubes
2 tbsp cashew butter.

Blend the apple pie spice, cashew butter, ice, yogurt and milk with a blender for about 1 minute. Pour into your favorite glass and garnish it with lemon if you want it.

Pineapple Smoothie

4 oz pineapple,
1 cup skim milk,
3 or 4 ice cubes,
1 tbsp flaxseed oil.

Blend the pineapple, ice and milk with your blender for one minute. Place it in a glass and mix it with flaxseed oil.

Strawberry Smoothie

1 cup skim milk,
2 tsp flaxseed oil.
